Olga Usenko is a chief editor of the Ukrainian Journal of Business Law. She gained a Master’s Degree in Kiev National University of Economics with the Masters program in international trade. She has successfully completed The Centre for Trade Policy and Commercial Diplomacy and Law and Kiev National Economic University’s “Program in Commercial Diplomacy and Trade Policy”, “Trade Negotiation Skills Course”, Vienna Economic University and the Kiev National Economic University “Management” Course.
Her research is focused on the priorities of Ukraine’s economic integration and the European Union, the prospects of establishing a free trade area between Ukraine and the EU, state trade policy, improvement of the investment climate and business environment in Ukraine.
Ms. Usenko is a member of the expert group of the International Centre for Policy Studies in the framework of the project “Public Consultations on the Free Trade Agreement between Ukraine and the EU”.

Alena Chernyavskaya is a deputy editor of the Ukrainian Journal of Business Law. She received a Specialist’s Degree at the Kiev National Linguistic University. Ms. Chernyavskaya gained successful experience at the British company “Aon Limited” in preparing and translating different treaties and agreements.
Ms. Chernyavskaya attends committees of the European Business Association, Ukrainian Bar Association and the American Chamber of Commerce.
She is interested in real estate issues, problems connected with the education system in Ukraine and European countries.
