The Games as an IP Asset

The video games industry is now one of the most lucrative. This industry has caught up with the film and sport industries in terms of profit growth. Such data became known after the reports of two famous analytical companies, SuperData and Unity Technologies, were published in January 2018. The title of the report is more eloquent than any conclusions: "Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop”. Indeed, the global financial crisis is not having such a beneficial effect on any industry of the economy as on the gaming industry: people have been playing games and will continue to play. Therefore, factors that could counteract the financial growth of the video games industry do not exist yet.
