Vasil Kisil & Partners announced expansion of its management team and staff promotion

On 23 December 2014 Vasil Kisil & Partners announced the expansion of its management team and staff promotion. The following senior lawyers have been promoted to the counsellors: Volodymyr Igonin, Oleg Kachmar, and Anna Sisetska.

Volodymyr Igonin, attorney-at-law, counsellor, specializes in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, construction and agriculture. In addition, Mr. Igonin has been successfully advising foreign and domestic clients on complex issues of corporate law, Public-Private Partnership, concessions and infrastructure, energy and natural resources. Mr. Igonin has been working at Vasil Kisil & Partners since 2007.

Oleg Kachmar, attorney-at-law, counsellor, specializes in litigation and enforcement proceedings. Mr. Kachmar handles litigation cases concerning land disputes and disputes in real estate and construction, in particular disputes involving prosecution and controlling authorities. On top of that, Oleg has extensive experience in handling insurance and lending cases, as well as cases involving state registration of medicinal products and data exclusivity protection. Mr. Kachmar joined Vasil Kisil & Partners in 2005 and has been with the firm for nearly 10 years. Mr. Kachmar’s clients’ portfolio includes international banks, investment and pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, developers and hotel operators.

Anna Sisetska, attorney-at-law, counsellor at Vasil Kisil & Partners, specializes in antitrust & competition, corporate, M&A, international trade, project and trade finance. Anna is an experienced professional in land relations, as well as real estate and construction. Anna Sisetska advises foreign investors, Ukrainian developers and other real estate market operators on matters of acquisition of land plots, lease relations, real estate and construction projects, as well as regulatory, investment, development, pre-sales and project financing matters.
