IFA Ukraine Seminar: “Latest Developments in Ukrainian Transfer Pricing Rules”

January 30^th, 2015, IFA Ukraine, a Ukrainian Branch of International Fiscal Association, will hold a seminar, dedicated to the latest changes in Ukrainian Transfer Pricing rules.

The event is designed to discuss TP legislation novelties, effective from January 1^st, 2015. Along with detail overview of the changes, a special focus will be made on their practical implications for businesses, as well as on expected trends in tax authorities’ approach.

In particular, IFA Ukraine speakers will cover:

- New requirements to the content of TP documentation;

- New approach to data sources for comparable transactions;

- Rules for calculation of the arm’s length profitability range;

- Changes in the definition of related parties for TP purposes;

- Grounds for TP control/audits, timeframes and look back period;

- Increased penalties for non-compliance with TP rules, etc.
