The Ukrainian Bar Association held a business breakfast in Vienna

Followed by the speech of José Manuel Barroso, immediate Past President of the European Commission, who admitted that Ukraine makes enormous efforts to proceed the reforms, on 5 October the Ukrainian Bar Association held its business breakfast in Vienna. The meeting gathered delegates interested in Ukrainian developments to provide for clear messages to the legal community on the recent steps of the government.

The efforts of Ukraine to improve its investment climate and simplify doing business has been presented by Aivaras Abromavicius, the Minister of Economy. While ongoing reform of the Ukrainian judiciary as an instrument for better justice was described by Oleksiy Filatov, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration.
