SYTNYK & PARTNERS advises Robert Bosch GmbH in obtaining merger clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine

SYTNYK & PARTNERS Attorneys at Law advised Robert Bosch GmbH (Stuttgart, Germany) in obtaining a merger clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in connection with indirect acquisition (through Robert Bosch, B.V. (Boxtel, the Netherlands)) of assets in TTA International B.V. (Dordrecht, the Netherlands).

SYTNYK & PARTNERS Attorneys at Law advised Robert Bosch GmbH (Stuttgart, Germany) in obtaining a merger clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in connection with indirect acquisition (through Robert Bosch, LLC (Broadview, USA)) of the shares in Seeo, Inc. (Hayward, USA), that will confer more than 50% of the voting rights in the highest management body of the company.
