EPAP Ukraine announced the promotion of Oleg Boichuk and Sergiy Grebenyuk to partners, increasing partnership in Ukraine to 8, and the total number of partners worldwide to 36. Oleg Boichuk will continue as a head of Real Estate Practice and a co-head of Corporate and M&A. Sergiy Grebenyuk will act as a head of Criminal Law Practice at EPAP Ukraine.

Oleg Boichuk joined the firm in 2004, he focuses on M&A, real estate matters, as well as compliance issues, including antimonopoly regulation. Oleg is especially experienced in structuring and protection of real estate investments, as well as transactional real estate matters. He also provides legal advice through all stages of complex cross-border and local transactions, including full scope legal due diligence, structuring, drafting and negotiation of agreements and other transaction documents, ensuring necessary regulatory approvals, closing and post-closing support. Mr. Boichuk is recommended among leading lawyers in Real Estate and Corporate Law by Legal 500 and Best Lawyers.

Sergiy Grebenyuk joined the firm in 2006, he represents clients facing criminal cases, court procedures and other issues. He has extensive experience in legal security for businesses, internal corporate investigations of possible violations, in corruption and compliance-related cases. Mr. Grebenyuk has practiced legal advocacy for more than fourteen years, specializing in civil, commercial and criminal matters.  Mr. Grebenyuk is named among notable practitioners in criminal law/business crime according to "Ukrainian Law Firms 2014-2015.
