Partnership structure of Poberezhnyuk and Partners Law Group added  Valeriy Fedichin, who is a practicing attorney-at-law for more than 25 years, who specializes in international transactions , including the use of English  law,  international transactions and attracting foreign trade and investment  both in Ukraine and abroad, dispute resolution, including international arbitration and investment disputes. Mr.Valery received his legal education in Ukraine and the US.

Valery Fedichin has been involved in numerous transactions including some of the largest M&A and financing transactions in Ukraine, including acquisition of Ukrainian banks and industrial enterprises by foreign investors. His clients have included major international and Ukrainian corporations, such as Societe Generale, Honda, Yandex, Interpipe, Commerzbank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Visa, MoneyGram International, Citigroup Global Markets, Erste Bank, SEB Bank, Piraeus Bank, Western Union, Goldman Sach & Co, and many others.
