Eterna Law defended interests of DSM Nutritional Products SP. Z o. o.

Eterna Law defended interests of one of the leading European manufacturers of vitamins, pet food and pharmaceutical products-DSM Nutritional Products SP. z o. o.  in a dispute with the Ukrainian company. The firm initiated proceedings in the commercial court of the city of Kiev, in connection with the unpaid delivered goods to Ukraine.

During the dispute consideration, team of lawyers successfully prevented the entire defendant attempts aimed at delaying of the trial, as well as to substantiate the validity of foreclosure the amount of delivered but unpaid goods and penalties for late performance of the obligations of the Ukrainian company. The peculiarity of this case was the fact that the Ukrainian Court dealt with applying the substantive law of the Republic of Poland, whose rules were interpreted in the Polish lawyer legal opinion.

Eterna Law managed to achieve a positive result for the client - the lawsuit was satisfied in a full amount and the entire amount and interest charges of the debt were recovered with the respondent.
