Baker McKenzie announced promotion of Olha Demianiuk to partner

The Kyiv office of Baker McKenzie announced that counsel Olha Demianiuk has been promoted to Partner. This promotion has brought the total number of Baker McKenzie partners in Kyiv to 10.

Olha has been appointed as a partner of the Corporate M&A Practice Group. In her new capacity, she will continue to lead the Healthcare Industry Group at Baker McKenzie’s Kyiv office.

Olha joined the Firm in 2005. She advises both multinational and large Ukrainian companies in a range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, international restructurings, spin-offs, and general corporate and governance matters.

As regards healthcare industry specialization, Olha has worked on almost every major healthcare transaction in Ukraine. She advises clients from the healthcare sector on transactional, regulatory, compliance and commercial matters, among others, including acquisition of healthcare product portfolios, distribution, manufacturing and supply agreements, pricing and reimbursement procedures.
