Dentons expands its Real Estate practice

Natalia Levchuk has joined Dentons’ Kyiv office as a senior associate in the Real Estate practice group. Previously she worked with Ukrainian law firms Ilyashev & Partners, Kushnir, Yakymyak and Partners, Ukrainian Legal Group, Shevchenko, Didkovsky and Partners and the Kyiv office of international law firm DLA Piper.

Natalia Levchuk has more than 15 years’ experience in legal matters related to real estate, environment, land, agriculture, energy and natural resources, as well as privatization. She advises international and local companies, including energy companies, natural resources producers, international developers, FMCG companies, and financial institutions on the acquisition of real estate and land, lease and preliminary lease agreements, and transaction structuring. She provides legal support to the construction sector, including drafting and negotiating agreements and providing legal advice on regulatory and other issues.

Ms. Levchuk has vast expertise in legal due diligence of companies and projects, industrial companies, development and construction projects, and companies holding rights to real estate and land (both leasehold and freehold).
