Eterna Law announced strengthening of its team

Eterna Law proudly announced promotions of key legal staff.  Aleksandr Lugovskyi, a counsel, was appointed as a partner with IT-related disputes as one of his main focuses. Mikhail Ivanenko, a senior associate, was appointed as a counsel.
 Aleksandr Lugovksyi has over 7 years of experience in international litigation and arbitration, advising both Ukrainian and foreign clients on various international trade, civil, commercial, corporate, and investment matters, as well as recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards. Aleksandr also has an extensive experience acting for clients in M&A, shareholders, banking, fraud and IT-related disputes.  Aleksandr represented both companies and individuals before Ukrainian courts as well as various international arbitration forums, including London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC), Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI), ad hoc arbitrations and International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC at the UCCI).
Aleksandr is a member of LCIA Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG), ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (YAF), Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) below 40, Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), Russian Arbitration Association (RAA) 40 and ICDR Young & International. He joined the firm in 2012. Aleksandr is attorney-at-law admitted in Ukraine. 

Mikhail Ivanenko is an attorney-at-law and has over 8 years of experience consulting international and Ukrainian companies on complex issues of dispute resolution. He leads cases in General, Economic, Administrative courts of Ukraine of all instances successfully representing clients from diverse sectors including Energy, Finance, FMCG, Electronics etc.
Before joining Eterna Law Mr. Ivanenko worked as project associate at Apricum – Berlin-based business consultancy operating in renewable energy where he was involved in solar, wind and energy storage projects. Mr. Ivanenko holds a degree in Law from Kyiv University of Law of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine with honors and Master’s degree in International Energy from Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po).
Mikhail Ivanenko joined the firm in the 2012 year as a junior associate.
Mikhail is Aattorney-at-law admitted in Ukraine.
